Welcome to Tangier Morocco Travel. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure you understand your rights and obligations.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation with Tangier Morocco Travel, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your vehicle, driver, and accommodation.
The remaining balance (70%) is payable upon arrival in Morocco. Payment can be made in Cash (EUR, USD, GBP, or MAD) or via Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard, subject to a 3-5% surcharge).
2. Cancellation & Refunds
We understand that unexpected events occur. Our cancellation policy is tiered to protect both the traveler and our prepaid service providers.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions
Unless clearly specified in your personalized itinerary, our standard private tours operate under the following structure:
What is Included:
- Depending on the tour details: Private 4x4 or Minibus with A/C.
- English-speaking driver/guide.
- Fuel, tolls, and parking fees.
- Accommodation (Hotels/Riads/Camps).
- Camel trekking in the desert.
- Daily Breakfast.
What is Excluded:
- Flights and Airport Taxes.
- Luncheons (Mid-day meals), dinner and Drinks.
- Travel Insurance.
- Entrance fees to monuments/museums.
- Tips for drivers and guides.
4. Mandatory Travel Insurance
It is a mandatory requirement that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before arriving in Morocco. This must cover personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, and loss of luggage. We accept no liability for costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
5. Amendments to Itinerary
While we make every effort to adhere to the scheduled itinerary, Tangier Morocco Travel reserves the right to modify routes or accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions (e.g., sandstorms, snow in Atlas), road closures, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide an equivalent alternative.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from your booking shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
