Meknes (Imperial City): Famous for its grand 17th-century Ismaili architectural legacy created under Sultan Moulay Ismail Bab El Mansour Gate: Widely considered one of the grandest imperial entrance gateways in North Africa Place El Hedim: The vibrant central plaza linking the historic medina to the royal grounds lined with open-air cafes and local shops.

Travel south toward the ancient archaeological site of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring well-preserved Roman ruins. Continue to the imperial city of Meknes to view the historic Bab Mansour gate. Proceed to Fes for an evening arrival. Overnight in a traditional riad in Fes.

Day 06: Merzouga to Dades Valley via Todra Gorge

Journey to the historic nomadic town of Rissani through Tafilalet Morocco’s largest oasis. Discover a landscape rich in heritage featuring ancient ksour (fortified villages) historic kasbahs and dramatic gorges.
